Important: For hygiene reasons, exchange is only offered within 48 hours of receiving a defected item or a wrong item other than the one you ordered.
We will replace the item with a new one if available or offer store credit for the amount paid. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the item is out of stock, you will receive store credit valid for future purchases. Cash refunds are not available for hygiene-sensitive items.
